da casino: The Daily Mail claims that the Premier League giants are discussing the notion of making their stadium the second-largest ground in the country behind Wembley, which seats 90,000.

It is believed that the railway line at the back of the stadium, which previously prevented expansion plans, would no longer be a problem if the club went ahead with construction.
United’s rivals Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are due to have new state-of-the-art grounds in the coming years, while Liverpool completed work on their new Main Stand at the start of the season.
If the reported proposal comes off, Old Trafford would be the second-largest stadium in Europe, behind Barcelona’s 99,354-capacity Camp Nou.
After hearing of the news, United fans took to Twitter to give their thoughts on the possible expansion.
